At PC Rescue, we have three rates. Our standard rate, a discount rate for immediate payment and our IT Advantage rate for customers on support plans.

Call out

We charge a call-out fee that varies with suburb. The minimum rate applies to the Sydney CBD, Lower North Shore, Inner East and West. It varies for other areas, please call or e-mail for more details.

Standard Rates

Our standard hourly rate is $198 per hour. We charge in quarter hour increments. So you only pay for the time the technician is on site.

Immediate Payment

If you pay the tech befor they leave we'll give you a big discount. In fact, we'll knock a third off the price. We accept cash, direct deposit cheque, Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
