Outlook Express and attachments

Since the release of service pack one of Internet Explorer, we've heard hundreds of complaints from people who can no longer open attachments. The problem is Microsoft's over-reaction to email bourne viruses. We've covered the problem previously here.

Security

All our other calls were relating to security problems. We've updated our security tips and added them to our common problems page.
